Luke's Lobster Portland Pier

Amazing and large lobster rolls! I really enjoy the truffle lobster roll with the nice toasted bun. Our waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating to the large group I was with. We were seated on the pier where we could see the ocean. This place is super casual and gives harbor-sweater vibes.

I highly recommend stopping by this place if you're around the area.

This was one of the best lobster rolls I've had in my life. We ordered the truffle butter and spicy honey butter rolls and opted to size up to the 6 ounce. This was the best decision that we could've made. Both were incredible but the truffle butter lobster roll took the gold today. While biting into the roll, you can smell the intoxicating truffle making your bite that much better. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to elevate their lobster roll order. However, I've heard amazing things about the original.

The interior of the restaurant is bright with great views all around. We were the first customers in the restaurant today and got our pick of where to sit. We chose to sit upstairs and had one of the most amazing views. Service was awesome and made our decision of what to order that much easier.

This fun little place is right at the end of the pier so you get a bit of a view with your meal. The dining area is surrounded by large window. There is an outside dining area if you are there with a pup. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The food came out promptly and hot.

Their seafood tasted fresh and they did not skimp on portions. Most notable are their lobster rolls. You can get them with 4 or 6 oz of lobster and a few flavoring options. The truffle butter and hot honey butter were my favorites and did not overpower the flavor of the lobster. The buns were warm and nicely toasted. You can order a lobster roll flight and have 3 2oz rolls so you can sample multiple flavors. Also tried the steamed mussels and clams which were well cooked and fresh.

Portland is a coastal town with lots of options for seafood. If you want good, fresh, local seafood, this is one of the top choices around.

Food was delicious!!!! Some of the best lobster I've had in my lifetime!! Really delicious!

A great lobster place. Good service and casual atmosphere. Enjoyed our lobster sandwiches. Dessert is blueberry pie with ice cream.

GPS will take you right to Luck's at the end of the pier but I did not know there was limited parking down there, so I parked in the pay lot and walked about 3 mins to the end. The walk is nice as you get to see the fishing vessels docked.

Was not sure how fresh the lobster would be as it was not lobster season. But have no fear, walking in you see tank upon tank of fresh lobster.

I was seated right away near the deck with a great view of the bay. The menu is just the perfect amount of options not over whelming. If you are like me and can't make up your mind on which lobster roll to get.. fear not my friends, they offer a lobster roll flight of the 3 poplar ones. They are 3oz each (I think that was the right number, it could be 2oz?!) I don't now it was a good amount of lobster per mini roll. It comes with traditional garlic butter, black truffle oil, and hot honey. All three rolls were great. I really liked the Hot honey and black truffle ones.

So glad Luke's was there to fulfill my lobster needs before heading out of town.

Amazing fresh Lobster Roll and Clam chowder and amazing sensory and experience highly recommended you stop here for the Maine Food experience! Even as we ate a Lobster boat pulled up to the dock we were eating from and unloaded fresh Lobsters to the restaurant it was amazing to see!!

There aren't many times I wish I could give more than five stars. I mean, five is pretty terrific. This surpasses it. The food is dynamite. Everything we had was just superb. It's visually striking. Of course, the view is amazing, but everything about the space is obviously done with such love and care. Speaking of care, I can't speak highly enough of our server (I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember his name). He had a French accent and was spot on with everything, from
advice on the beer list to making sure everything was perfect the whole time we were there.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the lazy lobster! Prepared by Rebecca she gave information on the restaurant and owners making for a freak evening.

We had amazing fresh lobster. Baked potatoes or other offerings would be nice. Must see in Portland Maine!

Lobster roll is their specialty. I ordered 6oz which has more meat than the 4oz. The size is the same, only difference is the amount of lobster meat.
Restaurant has beautiful views of the waterfront, I went at the night time on Monday, therefore was not crowded. I got quick service.
