#MEHRC24 Day 3 Recap: We looked deeply into the power within us all. From hundreds of stories emerged five practices of highly resilient people. It's not just about 'bouncing back,' but bouncing forward, fundamentally changed by our experiences. Let's chart our course with values-aligned partnerships, understanding the business from the inside out. Together, we empower, listen, and clear hurdles, because progress stems from possibility.

KEYNOTE HIGHLIGHT: Valerie M. Grubb, CSP will join us this fall at #SHRMW24. She is a keynote speaker, corporate development leader, and executive coach who helps companies improve their bottom line by elevating employees from tactical thinkers to strategic leaders. As most senior leaders know, it can be lonely at the top, especially when it comes to innovation and strategic initiatives. That’s because while many talk about being strategic, few know how to actually do it. This session will show you how to elevate your leaders from tactical thinkers to strategic leaders. Learn more about Val at her website, https://lnkd.in/eGS4HdYx.
