Rude! No thank you. Go elsewhere. No the customers fault you're busy. Not the customers fault you didn't bring the correct tools. What a joke.

Dan and the entire crew at The Roof Doctors were great! I spent months getting quotes and meeting with roofing companies. The Roof Doctors were not the cheapest but they were the most responsive & the most helpful. I bugged Dan with question after question during my decision making process and he was always helpful & very responsive. I really loved that the quote Dan provided gave me three options "Good", "Better", and "Best" - putting the pricing and materials in my control. The crew showed up bright and early on the day Dan said they would, which also happened to be a heat wave! Temps in the upper 90's with high humidity and the crew was there working, always cheerful, polite and professional. They did an outstanding job installing my new roof, installed 2 new skylights, they were detailed and careful in their work and they even took the time to meticulously go around my property to make sure their clean up was 100%. I could not be happier and would highly recommend The Rood Doctors to anyone considering a new roof or roofing repair!

Dan, was very quick with his response. I had a problem with my roof leaking for the 3rd time because the original contractor was only temporarily patching it up. That contractor was not replying to my request to come and look at the roof leaking again even though it was only 2 years after they installed it. Dan replied to my request that night even after hours and showed up at the time he said he would. He checked out the issue right away figured the leak was coming from the chimney. He sealed it up and didn't even charge us for the work done even though it was originally done by someone else. I definitely would contact him in the future for any roof related repairs. I would recommend him to anyone who wants someone who is honest and very reliable.

I couldn't get any of the local handy-people to come and even look at our roof let alone get a quote. Dan came by the very next morning after I called and fixed our shingles so quickly! He was very nice and knowledgable. He told us it would be "about 50 bucks" and it was. We will use them again! Reliable, honest and friendly... That's just what we got from Dan! Thanks!
